By combining franchising with entrepreneurship in an unprecedented and innovative way, I have become an industry leader within the hospitality sector and one of the country’s prominent experts when it comes to franchising. I am widely recognised as a disruptor of the franchise world thanks to my ground-breaking strategies, my beneficial one-to-one coaching services, and my dynamic approach to business, always keeping an eye out for opportunities.

How did I come this far? It’s simple: I didn’t learn from a rigid system written by people who haven’t actually gone through these processes themselves, nor from a prefabricated one-way course. I’ve learned through direct experience and will always continue to do so, thanks to my first-hand approach across all areas of my business, from operations to the behind-the-scenes of each restaurant branch.

My main business started as a small noodle bar and, over the years, I’ve developed it into the renowned international franchise Wok&Go. These days my wife Sharon has taken over the reins of the business, allowing me the time to focus on my Podcast and Consultancy. I’ve also created four Dark Kitchen brands to adapt to new markets and reach different demographics whilst optimising costs and maximising profits.
