As for my intensive one-to-one program, I have no airs and graces. Expect a frank, honest and direct approach from me. After all, I was brought up on a council estate.

You will be held to account, given actionable tips, and set regular tasks to complete, but don’t worry: you will never be more than a Zoom meeting, a WhatsApp message or a phone call away from help.
